Today our beloved family reunion is officially over. Most people left last night, and today Ricco & Sarah and the kids left. The reunion was wonderful, and the time flew by, as it always seems to. We had a wonderful ti
me - it was amazing how many of us were able to come together ... and the fact that we had recently moved into this amazing house which was able work for everyone to eat and play at - it was incredible!! Now saying goodbye is the hard part - but Ricco and Sarah eased the goodbye by bringing out fake mustaches for the kids to all wear - it was the funniest thing ever. We can't wait to see all our family again - and can't wait for next years reunion!!!

Ricco & Sarah and the kids are staying with us for the family reunion - its fun having a house that can accomodate people (actually, the majority of the reunion is taking place here!), and delightful to have family stay with us, and to have all the little cousins spending lots of time together! All of our children get along really well - we wish they lived closer!!!

Todd had a tournament this weekend, and they needed a player, so Chris went and jumped right in! It was fun to hang out and watch the brothers play baseball together, and to spend time with Stacy & the girls

The other night, Dane was spending the night with friends and went to a skate park, where he attempted to drop into a 15ft drop (yeah, smart) and called me to tell me he hurt himself - but was fine. By the next day, he was in horrible pain. I wound up taking him to the ER, and 5 hours later, he emerged with a broken arm (broken in 3 places) and cracked orbital bone. Ironically - his break happened ONE YEAR to the date of Olivia's broken leg! Two days later, while Chris and I were finishing cleaning out our Latona house and finalize our move - Cooper escaped and was hit by a car. We had to rush home and take him to the animal ER - he is okay, but pretty badly shaken and bruised. Ah, life and its chaos ... we just smile and go on ...
